Where do you operate?
Digital drafting services are available Australia-wide. On-site measurements are offered in the Melbourne area only.

Do you supply cabinetry or materials?
No. Timbertecture provides drafting only, not products, materials, or building certification.
Do you provide engineering or building certification?
No. Engineering or building approvals must be obtained separately.
3. Project Assessment & Quote Deposit
What is the Project Assessment & Quote Deposit?
A low-cost deposit to review your project scope, drawings, and requirements. You’ll receive a fixed-price quote for full Mozaik working drawings.
Is the deposit refundable?
Non-refundable after assessment, but fully credited toward your final project if you proceed.
What do I receive after the assessment?

4. Project Requirements
What information do I need to provide?

Sketches, Pictures, Architectural or design plans, anything that will help your vision.

Can you work from incomplete plans or sketches?
Yes, but the more complete the plans, the more accurate the quote and final drawings.
5. Delivery & Turnaround
How are drawings delivered?
All drawings are digital via email or shared folder.
How long does drafting take?

Small projects: 5–7 business days

Medium/Large: 7–10 business days

When does turnaround start?
Once all required information has been received.
6. Pricing
How is pricing calculated?
Based on project scope, complexity, and number of items.

When is the final price confirmed?
After reviewing your project scope, a fixed quote is provided before drafting begins.
Do you offer ongoing support?
Yes. Monthly retainer packages are available for Cabinetmakers, Joinery shops, Builders and Designers needing regular drafting capacity.
7. Revisions & Approval
How many revisions are included?
One round of minor revisions is included. Additional revisions can be arranged.
Please ensure you approve and comfortable with the drawings before going into manufacture?
8. Site Measurement
Do you offer site measurement?
Yes. Available in the Melbourne area to ensure accurate build-ready plans.
Is it mandatory?
No, but recommended for large or complex projects.
